Spending a lot of money on a virtual presentation of Carnival does not make sense to the Chair of the National Carnival Commission, Winston ‘Gypsy’ Peters. Speaking with TTT News this morning, he put his cards on the table.
The NCC Chair believes the country should be preparing for Carnival 2022.
He says looking at pay-per-view for online events may not be as successful as thought, as it is a plan which has been attempted before.
