Hey guys! I'm making this video to prove a point and hopefully clear some confusion. I posted a PVP Hybrid build yesterday that had 82% Incoming Repairs and a handful of people told me that incoming repairs doesn't apply to the restorer hive. Incoming repairs increases the effects of healing skills and talents to you as an individual. Repair skills determines the overall effectiveness of the healing on your skill for you AND your allies. Adding incoming repairs on top of that, would only improve YOUR white armor regen. Watch the video and it will all make sense!
