→ National Green Tribunal Act 2020: After NGT has given environment-clearance to a project, an affected Party can challenge it within 30 days. Although if there is sufficient cause NGT may allow a grace period of another 60 days to file a challenge. 2020-Many of the applications were rejected on the grounds that the applicant did not file the complaint within the 30-90 days time limit.
