Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo of the Miami Heat were both injured during game 1 of the 2020 NBA finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. Dragic suffered a plantar fascia tear and Adebayo hurt his shoulder, again. What in the world is a plantar fascia tear and what could be wrong with Bam's shoulder?
