Get Rid of Your Neck Hump

Get Rid of Your Neck Hump Repeatedly looking down at the computer, phone, or a book can begin to impact our posture. This head-forward posture can apply strain to our neck and weaken our upper back muscles, creating a hump at the base of the neck. For many, this can begin to affect self confidence.

Not to worry though, this posture is not permanent!

In this video, we'll go over some exercises to correct our posture and strengthen those upper back muscles. With consistency, this routine can help to correct that head-forward posture and reduce the neck hump. A chair or yoga mat is recommended.
