In this meditation we will:
~Center ourselves
~Do a progressive relaxation
~Focus on and breathe through our heart center
~Bring to mind pleasant memories that create positive heart centered emotions
~Anchor these positive feelings to a symbol
~Set an intention to hold these heart centered feelings through out our day:)
By taking heart focused breaths while recalling a positive emotion, you can begin to regulate your emotions in the moment to stop the drain emotionally charged situations can have on your system and instead ADDING energy to your system. Anytime, anywhere.
