While China has always maintained a policy of not interfering in domestic affairs of other countries, it is refreshing to see China recognize the need for human rights of minorities in the US not to only be respected but to be guaranteed. If China is important with this message, then the minorities in America should start a dialogue with China to see how the rights of all people can be respected and guaranteed. The days of institutional racism in the US Police that has led to the systematic killing of black men are coming to an end. There is no turning back. Black Lives Matter .
