So Liberty Mutual is either being deceptive, or incompetent. Either way it isn't a good look for a major insurance carrier. They are dumping the liability for the corvette crash back on their customer, in 17 years of renting cars, i've never had an insurance carrier confirm coverage then deny a claim on their insured. @Liberty Mutual on YouTube, IG and Twitter.
