Romanticising mental illnesses and why it should be stopped. Being anxious isn't having anxiety. Being sad isn't having depression. Unless you're diagnosed, don't say you are. It's disrespectful and demeaning to the people that suffer with it daily. This is a re-upload because I thought it fit in the theme of my channel, though i want to be more unbiased in my videos, i will allow myself to have days where i express my thoughts too.
