“No need to rush to go out” when COVID-19 circuit-breaker measures are eased: Lawrence Wong

The easing of circuit-breaker measures by Singapore on May 12 should not be taken as an opportunity to go out more, National Development Minister Lawrence Wong cautioned. “I know some people may not have had a haircut for some time, but there is no need to rush to go out to have a haircut on May 12. There will be time to do so,” he said at a press conference on Friday (May 8).
