Five String Serenade (By Mazzy Star) but you catch someone across the room gazing at you and you catch them but they don’t look away. They hold the gaze and enjoy the moment with you from afar. The lighting is dim with the main light source being the stage light. Because the light has to go through the movement of the instruments it causes it to flicker and move a little over your faces.
Why does this feel comfortable?
You wonder if you know this person…They look at you like they know something; like they are certain of something.
Instead of the music feeling like it's something you came to listen to, it feels more like it came to you both for this moment.
