Hi guys,
I've started to see how intermittent fasting affects me, anyone else here try it consistently before?
I'm sorry I missed Monday! I was completely wiped on Sunday and had so much I needed to finish on Sunday after a full week of daily vlogs. What did you guys think yes, or no...? I really enjoyed it, I enjoy vlogging as much as I enjoy making food videos now! It feels like i'm with all of you going about my day and during this quarantine it's a nice feeling to not feel separated from everyone. I miss my friends, is there anyone in particular that you are missing today?
So today is a video I filmed for you guys a little while ago before we all had to practice social distancing! I wanted to share with you a recipe that was inspired by different chefs I've discovered. I actually have some amazing news, but it won't be happening for a while. I've been invited to Puglia in Italy to apprentice under Isabella Poti and Floriano Pellegrino who own Michelin Star restaurant Bro's! I've been getting updates from Isabella and some of you who are there and I'm finally starting to hear positive updates! If you have any news please share with all of us!
Have any of you joined me on IG Live with @Sami Clarke these past few weeks? If you have then you must be getting in great shape! I'm so excited to start filming in my kitchen again, I haven't filmed a full recipe video in a while so i'll have more videos to share with you guys soon! Please please make sure to subscribe, I can't believe this community has grown this much, and I can't thank you guys enough for the support!
xx
