BUMPED into a ONE HORNED RHINO | Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary | Better than KAZIRANGA | Meghalaya EP9

This was our final day during our Meghalaya trip in January 2020. Started from Shillong to Guwahati, via the Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, which is the home for many Greater One-Horned Rhinos. Pobitora is better than Kaziranga National Park in a way that it's far easier to spot the rhino because Pobitora is overpopulated with them.
In fact, it is declared as the place with the Highest Density of Rhinos in the world, with more than 100 Rhinos within a span of 39 square kilometres. The conservation of the Indian Rhino is success story, as it has recovered from almost being "extinct" to "vulnerable".
Though this video is in Tamil, you can still enjoy the video with subtitles if you don't understand the language.
