If there is such a thing as a “magical” food, eggs are probably it. High in vitamins, omega 3s, protein, and other good stuff, eggs make for a delicious, nutritious breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner! But while most of us like our eggs fried, scrambled, or poached, there are people out there who prefer to eat their eggs raw! If you’ve seen movies like “Rocky” or “Beauty and the Beast,” then you know that consuming raw eggs seems to be the key to becoming bigger, stronger, and more muscular. But is there any real nutritional benefit to consuming eggs raw? And even if there is, is it worth the potential risk to your health?
