This is a 15 minute tapping sequence (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help cope with things that may be unbearable or overwhelming. You should not expect this short practice to clear out all emotions related to your situation, but done repeatedly over a period of time you should be able to find significant relief! This tapping should not take the place of seeking appropriate help from a qualified professional.
