We tearing into my Grandpa's 1965 Ford F-100 today, the old 2 barrel carb is coming off, the intake is coming off, old wiring is being removed, and the engine bay is looking much cleaner. We're going back with an Edelbrock RPM Performer, Holley Sniper 4150 Stealth, Holley EFI Dual Sync Distributor, and all the other goodies to make the perfect driver. Another bonus is saving almost 75lbs in the front end just by removing tons of old cast iron and steel parts. Unfortunately we run into a pretty big problem on the fueling side.
