This is a not uncommond sight in turkey. This dog was found by volunteers in the same area who found her like this in a frig storm, one of many left on it's own....it's heartbreaking. She was nearly dead from hunger and infested with mange. When they found her she had eaten hay just to keep his stomach full. She had hoped that a cardboard box would protect her from the vicious cold...she was so skinny, so weak.
