With a condition as unpredictable as EDS, its understandable to start to believe we will never be able to move pain-free or that there is something wrong with us. But here’s the great news. We all do have as much opportunity to move well as anyone else. We just have to tap into our nervous system a little differently. And it might take us a little longer but that’s OK. Education in so far as understanding why things are happening in your body are also really crucial to improving our daily functionality. We need to connect with something inside rather than ‘how to do’ something mechanically.
