Major price-correction in real-estate post Covid 19! Flat-buyers, stop paying builder's installments

Those who have booked flats in ongoing projects would be well advised to break the deal, even if they lose their token or booking amount. The reason is that a major price correction in property markets may be expected due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, which will be more than enough to compensate the loss of the booking amount.

Investors who are currently holding flats would be wise to sell now, even at a deep discount. Or else, they may find themselves left holding the proverbial baby, i.e. unable to sell. The pre-Coronavirus economy is already in the past. Post Covid 19 crisis, the world economy, and Indian economy, will find a new normal, with brand-new price levels.
