The Jellyfish Community always thought Hermann was one of their own. For reasons unchronicled, one night Hermann uncloaked, and revealed himself to be... an INTERLOPER! A bloody squid, no less, though he was not unattractive, as squids go.
Needless to say, this really fucked up the Jellyfish Community. They were PISSED!
They didn't kill Hermann. Instead, they framed him with a huge bogus quarantine shaming and paid YouTube a huge kickback to push it viral. Needless to say, Hermann was set upon by his homeowners association and summarily flayed and filleted. Poor Hermann.
The lesson? Stay cloaked.
