FF7 Remake Digital Edition Broken? Reports of no English language for many!

The digital edition of Final Fantasy 7 Remake is starting to unlock around the world but sadly many folks are reporting a kind of game breaking issue. The only selectable languages in-game are Korean or Chinese. The voice dialogue is still in English, but all of the in-game text and menus are only available in those other two options. There is some evidence that this is only for those who purchased the English/Japanese version of the game in an Asian region or it might be connected with the pre-order page linked by the demo. Whatever it is, I hope it gets sorted for those of you affected so you can play and enjoy the game as you expected!
